Pinkerton (Pinky) has been a frequent model for my work, and I just couldn't help building off of a photo I have of him staring down at something mysterious. A candle seemed the perfect...excuse me, purrfect...subject for his interest. The result reminds me of the cover of a classic young adult mystery novel such as Nancy Drew or the Hardy Boys - thus the name.
